How to Invite Crew Members to the Crew App with Lawn Buddy

From crew scheduling to crew tracking, Lawn Buddy helps you optimize your operational efficiency, streamline essential collaboration, and provide your customers with quality customer service. Our software is simple to use for you, your crews, and your office staff. 

Crews can log into their Crew App to see their job schedule, view necessary job details, and even attach photos and notes that can be used for communication or marketing purposes. The Crew App will not show any business financials or sensitive information. The best part is – it’s scaleable. As you grow, we grow with you. Lawn Buddy allows you to invite an unlimited number of employees to your app – at no extra cost.

APP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. After you’ve added a new crew member to your Lawn Buddy app, they are sent an email to join your Company’s crew app.
2. In this email, there are just 3 steps they need to complete from their mobile phone to join your Crew App:

• Step 1: 

1. Crews should use the custom link provided in the email to create their account.
2. After clicking on this link, crews are sent to a new window, where they will “Accept Invite.”
3. On this page, their email is automatically generated as their username. Crews simply need to create a password and hit “Submit” to complete their login details.
4. After hitting “Submit” they can then leave this window.

• Step 2:

1. Within the email, crews are then prompted to download the Lawn Buddy Provider App on their mobile device at the following link – http://onelink.to/lbprovider.

• Step 3:

1. After downloading the Provider App, crew members can log into their Crew account using the password they created in Step 1.

After your crews have completed the 3 steps provided in their invitation email – they are equipped with all the tools they need to receive jobs, view job schedules and details – and so much more!
