Here’s how your customers can join your business’ exclusive Homeowner App:
After you’ve added a new customer to your Lawn Buddy app, they are sent an email to join your Company’s Homeowner App. In this email, there are just 3 steps they need to complete from their mobile phone to join.
Step 1: Create Account

- Customers should use the custom link provided in the email to create their accounts.
- After clicking on this link, they are sent to a new window, where they will “Accept Invite.”
- On this page, their email is automatically generated as their username. Customers only need to create a password and hit “Submit” to complete their login details.
- After hitting “Submit” they’re done with step 1!
Step 2: Download Customer App
Step 3: Log In

- After downloading the Customer App, customers can then log into their Homeowner account using the password they created in Step 1.
After your customers have completed the 3 steps provided in their invitation email – they are equipped with all the tools they need to receive notifications, request jobs – and so much more!
